Rosa (Daigle) Richard

SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB- Rosa Richard, 90, of Villa Maria in Saint-Louis-de-Kent, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 10, 2015. Born in St. Ignace, she was the daughter of the late Alphée and Marie (Richard) Daigle.

She will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Délora Richard (Azade), Diane Vautour (Stanley), Rhéaldine Richard, Bella Richard; four sons, Alvérie Richard (Rosalie), Aubé Richard (Cécile), Daniel Richard (Bernice), Rhéal Richard; fourteen grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.

Rosa is also survived by four sister, Antoinette Pellerin (late Emerie), Yvonnice Gauvin (late Aubin), Aurore Gauvin (late Wilfred), Jeannette Légère (Onile); four brothers, Antoine Daigle (Alma), Tilmon Daigle (Edmonde), Clément Daigle (Rose-Marie), François Daigle (Anna); one sister-in-law, Gervaise and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Willie Richard; two sons, Rhéal, Joseph; one sister, Agnès Robichaud (late Antoine) and three brothers, Frédéric, Joseph and Jacques.

Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Tuesday from 2-4 pm & 7-9 pm, Wednesday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at 4:00 pm, St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace. Donations in Rosa's memory may be made to Donor's Choice and would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
