Florine Daigle
1929-2015
POINTE-SAPIN, NB – Florine Daigle, 86, of Pointe-Sapin passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital Ste. Anne-de-Kent on Sunday, November 15, 2015. Born in Pointe-Sapin, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Léa (Daigle) Richard. Before retiring, Florine was employed as a teacher in Pointe-Sapin for many years.
She will be sadly missed by her three sons, Jean-Marcel Daigle (Rachelle), Gervais Daigle, Iris Daigle (Thérèse); six grandchildren; one great grandchild; four sisters, Antoinette Richard, Elodie-Anne Leger (Armand), Zella Martin (Richard), Gabriella Leger; two brothers, Vital Richard (Noëlla), Alfred Richard and several nieces and nephews.
Florine was predeceased by her husband, Aurèle Daigle; one grandson, Brian; two brothers, Leonard and Cyrille.
Resting at the Pointe-Sapin Community Center on Wednesday from 7-9 pm, Thursday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11:00 am, St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Pointe-Sapin. Interment will be in the parish cemetery. Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
