Catherine Landry

SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Catherine Landry, 96, passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria in Saint-Louis-Louis de Kent on Saturday, November 21, 2015.  Born in St. Margarets, NB, she was the daughter of the late Vital Hebert and late Marie (Meunier) Hebert. 

She will be sadly missed by her three daughters, Baselice Blanchard (Romeo) of Pointe-Sapin, Rose Marie Robichaud (Paul) of St. Louis, Yvonne Landry of St. Ignace; five sons, William Hebert (Lina) of St. Louis, Lucien Hebert (Marie) of Richibucto, Paul Landry (Nola) of Richibucto, Henri Landry (Stella) of St. Louis, Yvon Landry (Marie-Paul) of St. Louis, twenty-five grandchildren, Vital, Romeo, Alberta, Odette, Roger, Ricky, Elmo, Bernard, Eva, Rachelle, Linda, Veneza, Zoël, Guylaine, Jonathan, Patrick, Paulette, Antoinette, Michelle, Yves, Mark, Zélica, Delisca, Marcel, Conrad and many great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. 

She is also survived by two sisters, Edna Losier (late Gerald) of Moncton, Margaret Wallace (Larry) of Moncton; one brother, Freddy Hebert of Saint John and many nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her husband Henry Landry, one daughter, Rita; two sons, Donat, Zoël; five sisters, Elvina, Mai Mai, Beatrice, Exilda, Eva and one brother, Leo. 

Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9, Tuesday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, November 24, 2015 at 11:00 am, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Louis-de-Kent.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
