Lucille Daigle

RICHIBUCTO, NB – Lucille Daigle 88, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital Center on Friday, April 22, 2016.  Born in Aldouane, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred Robichaud and late Laurette (Daigle) Robichaud.  She attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto. 

Lucille will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Jeanne Lemonde (Pierre), Rose-Marie Richard (Donald) both of Aldouane; two sons, John (Emily) of Jardineville, Jacques (Catherine) of St. Charles; ten grandchildren, Gabriel, Georgette, Christopher, Jennifer, Marc, Martha, Kim, Kevin, Charline, Monique and nineteen great grandchildren. 

She is also survived by two sisters, Jacqueline Richard (Normand), Rita Richard (Alfred) both of Richibouctou—Village; one brother, Arthur Robichaud (Jeannine) of Richibucto and several nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her husband, Emile Daigle; two daughters, Louise Babin, Dianne Daigle; two grandchildren, Charles, Joseph; one sister, Yvette Barrieau and three brothers, Ernest, Jacques and Maxime. 

Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto on Tuesday from 7-9 pm, Wednesday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church, Richibucto.  Interment will be in the St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Cemetery.  Donations in Lucille’s memory may be made to the NB Kidney Foundation or charity of the donor’s choice.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
