Gérald Robichaud
1938-2016
SAINT-CHARLES, NB – Gérald Robichaud 77, of Saint-Charles passed away peacefully at the Villa Providence in Shediac on Saturday, May 14, 2016. Born in Saint-Charles, he was the son of the late Arthur and late Pauline (Daigle) Robichaud. Before retiring, Gérald was employed as a truck driver. He attended St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church in Saint-Charles.
Gérald will be sadly missed by his wife, Aurélie Robichaud of Saint-Charles; one daughter, Yvette LeBlanc (Armand) of Calgary, AB; two sons, Raymond Robichaud (Norma) of Scoudouc, Réjean Robichaud (Lisa) of Calgary, AB and four grandchildren, Manuel, Lise, Nathalie and Joelle.
He is also survived by one sister, Anna Guimond (Gilles) of St. Louis; one brother, Jean Robichaud (Linda) of St. Charles and several nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by four brothers, Aurèle, Léo, Roger and Emile.
Visitation will be at Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto on Thursday from 7-9 pm, Friday at 1:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, May 20, 2016 at 3:00 pm, St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Charles. Donations in Gérald’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or charity of the donor’s choice. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
