Elmer Cail

MONCTON, NB – Elmer Cail, age 82, of Moncton (formerly of Pine Ridge, NB) passed away peacefully at his residence on Saturday, August 13, 2016.  Born in Pine Ridge, NB he was the son of the late William Cail and late Muriel (Sinton) Cail.  Before retiring, Elmer was employed at the Department of Transportation in Harcourt, NB.  He attended St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Brown’s Yard. 

Elmer will be sadly missed by his two sisters, Arlean Godsoe (late Palmer) of Moncton, Leona Smith (late Kevin) of Moncton; three brothers, Thomas Cail (Mary) of Rexton, Charlie Cail (Linda) of Moncton, Ralph Cail (Thelma) of Riverview; brother-in-law, Arnold Morton of Moncton and many nieces and nephews. 

Besides his parents he was predeceased by one sister, Edith Morton; two brothers, Albert Cail and infant Harry Cail. 

Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9 pm, Thursday in Brown’s Yard at the church at 2:00 pm until time of the funeral.  A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 3:00 pm, St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Brown’s Yard.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
