Vincent Robichaud

RICHIBUCTO – It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Vincent Robichaud, 73, of Richibucto. Vincent passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, at the Stella Maris-de-Kent Hospital, Ste-Anne, on Friday, November 25^th, 2016. Born in St-Charles, he was the son of the late Alfred and Estelle (Doiron) Robichaud. Before retiring, Vincent worked as a fisherman, fish plant worker, and delivery driver; he attended the St-Louis-de-Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto.

Vincent will be sadly missed by his loving wife Thérèse; two daughters, Roseline Johnson (Michael) and Doris Robichaud (Charles), both of Richibucto; son, Edgar (Jackie) of Richibucto; six grandchildren, Samuel, Sebastien, Michelle (Evan), Jeremy (Kimberly), Brittney and Madison; 10 sisters, Rita Kelly (Eddy), Lisa Kelly (Alcime), Rose-May Fontaine (Idola), Doris Richard (late Emile), Lilliane Arsenault (Romeo), Victoire Daigle (late Pascal), Regina LeBlanc (late Pascal), Florence Robichaud (late Martin), Irma Bittorf (Bob) and Alfreda Woods (Leslie); three brothers, Martin (Jackie), Antoine (late Madelaine) and Tilmon (Victorine); four brothers-in-law, Danny Robichaud (Jeanne), Harry Robichaud (Rosa), Edmond Robichaud (Cathy) and Romeo Robichaud (Rose-Marie); as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, Vincent is predeceased by his brother Albert (Eva); and three brothers-in-law, Richard Robichaud, Normand Robichaud (Murielle) and Steven Kelly.

Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Tuesday from 2:00 pm until time of the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 29^th, 2016 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto. If so desired, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home (523-4252).
