Marie Anne Chevarie
1919-2017
SAINT-CHARLES, NB – Marie Anne Chevarie 97, of Saint-Charles passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria in Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Monday, February 6, 2017. Born in St. Ignace, she was the daughter of the late Michel Ouellette and late Sylvie (LeBlanc) Ouellette.
Marie Anne will be sadly missed by her two daughters, Rose Marchildon (late Guy) of St. Louis, Geraldine Carr (late Ricky) of Toronto; two sons, Patrick Chevarie (late Maggie) of St. Charles, Léonard Chevarie (Joanne) of St. Charles; sixteen grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren.
She is also survived by one half-brother, Dolphe Ouellette of Laketon and many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Patrick; two daughters, Sylvie, Lina; one son, Louis; one grandson, Alain; three sisters, Égenie, Mélanie, Madelaine; two brothers, Gerard, Joseph and one half-brother, Eloie.
Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Friday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 10, 2017 at 4:00 pm, St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Charles. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home (523-4252).
