Patrick Peters
1948-2017
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Patrick Peters 68, of Elsipogtog passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, March 1, 2017. Born in Rexton, he was son of the late Albert Peters Sr. and late Florence (Caplan) Peters.
Patrick will be sadly missed by his two sons, Jeremy Augustine of Chapel Point, Duane Augustine of Elsipogtog; Julie Solomon, who he believed to be his daughter and six grandchildren, Kyeen, Kohen, Shana, Lillianonna, Hayden and Taj.
He is also survived by seven sisters, Emily Simon (late Raymond) of Elsipogtog, Mary Jane Ward (late Donald) of Red Bank, Christine Augustine (Floyd) of Elsipogtog, Verna Peters of Elsipogtog, Elizabeth "Liz" Augustine (Stephen) of Elsipogtog, Anne Peters of Elsipogtog, Mary Peters (Gerald) of Elsipogtog; two brothers, Gregory Peters (Theresa), Arnold Peters (Mary) both of Elsipogtog and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, Patrick was predeceased by three sisters, Annie, Marie, Bernadine and two brothers, Albert Jr. and Wayne.
Visitation will be held at the home of his sister, Mary Peters at 9066 Route 116, Elsipogtog beginning on Friday at 11:00 am until time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, March 4, 2017 at 10:30 am, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
