Elizabeth Augustine

ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Elizabeth Augustine 58, of Elsipogtog passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hosptial, Ste-Anne-de-Kent after a courageous battle with cancer on Sunday, March 5, 2017.  Born in Ste-Anne-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late David Augustine and Stella (Peters) Augustine. 

Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her mother, Stella Augustine of Elsipogtog; her daughter, Randi Johnson of Elsipogtog; special adopted daughter, Laurabeth and grandson, Jaxen. 

She is also survived by four sisters, Janice Augustine (Bruce) of Indiana, Gloria Augustine, Eveline Augustine (Bertin), Angie Augustine (Stevie) all of Elsipogtog; seven brothers, Edward (Josephine), Hubert, Walter (Marietta), Carson, Dean, Ross (Vera) and Dan all of Elsipogtog; Godchildren, Dallace, Hope, Matthew, Dylan, CJ, Charlee and many nieces and nephews. 

Besides her father, Elizabeth was predeceased by three brothers, Leroy, David Jr. and Curtis. 

Visitation will be held at the home of her mother, Stella at 11 Riverside Drive, Elsipogtog beginning on Thursday at 11:00 am until time of the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, March 11, 2017 at 1:00 pm, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
