Donald Ouellet
1943-2017
SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Donald Ouellet 73, of Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Monday, March 6, 2017. Born in St. Ignace, he was the son of the late Fidele Ouellet and Rita (Maillet) Ouellet. Before retiring, Donald was employed as a maintenance worker for the village of St. Louis for 31 years.
Donald will be sadly missed by his wife, Lodia (Robichaud) Ouellet of St. Louis; one daughter, Donna Ouellet (George Guimond) of St. Louis; two sons, Claude Ouellet (Emily), Paul Ouellet (Kelly) both of Gardner, MASS and two grandchildren, Aimee and Christopher.
He is also survived by four brothers, Valmond (Jeannita) of Gardner, MASS, Bernard (Jeannine) of St. Charles, Rheal (Irene) of Moncton, Yvon of Fort MacMurray, AB and many nieces and nephews.
Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, infant Marie and two brothers, Jean-Paul and Bernard.
Visitation will be held at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9, Tuesday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at 11:30 am, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Louis-de-Kent. In lieu of flowers, donations in Donald’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
