Frank Augustine
1937-2017
ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Frank Augustine 80, of Elsipogtog passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste-Anne-de-Kent on Saturday, June 17, 2017. Born in Big Cove, NB he was the son of the late Sylvester Augustine and late Mary Jane (Labobe) Augustine. Frank was a Shubenacadie Residential School Survivor.
Frank will be sadly missed by his wife, Mar Louise (Joseph) Augustine; fifteen step-children; many grandchildren, great grandchildren and eleven nieces and nephews.
The last surviving member of his immediate family, he was predeceased by siblings, Daniel, John Sr., Noel, Betty and Chester.
Visitation will be held at his home at 320 Big Cove Road, Elsipogtog beginning on Thursday at 2:00 pm until time of the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, June 24, 2017 at 10:30 am, St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church, Elsipogtog. Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
