Yvon Henri Arsenault

REXTON, NB – Yvon Arsenault 70, of Rexton passed away suddenly at his residence in Richibucto on Thursday, August 16, 2018.  Born in Richibucto, he was the son of the late Adelard Arsenault and late Laudia (Richard) Arsenault.  Before retiring, Yvon was employed as a boat builder.

Yvon will be sadly missed by his five sisters, Rita Johnson of Rexton, Loretta LeBlanc (late Gerard) of Bouctouche, Ida Babineau (Normand) of Richibouctou-Village, Sylvia Roy (Regis) of Moncton, Annette Perreault (late Gilbert) of Rogersville; two brothers, Alphonse Arsenault of Moncton, Roger Arsenault of Bouctouche and many nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Germaine Duplessis and one brother, Zoel Arsenault.

Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Monday from 7-9 pm, Tuesday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 11:00 am, Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Rexton.  Donations in Yvon’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
