Vincent Richard

SAINT-IGNACE, NB – At the Stella-Maris-de-Kent Hospital on Friday, December 7^th, 2018, at the age of 89, Vincent Richard passed away peacefully. Born in Saint-Ignace, he was the son of the late Esther Thébeau and Luc A. Richard.

Vincent will be sadly missed by his wife of 56 years, Émilia Comeau; son, Luc of Bouctouche; daughter, Gisèle of Saint-Ignace; grandson, Matthieu of Richibucto; one brother, Achille (Rita) of Naugatuck, Connecticut; one sister, Anna Sirois (Henri) of Grand Falls; many nieces and nephews, as well as the entire Comeau Family.

Besides his parents, Vincent was predeceased by his brothers, Ange, Alban, Dolphé and Nérée; his sisters, Anna, Cécile Comeau (Dolphé) of Hartford, Connecticut, Marie-Louise Comeau (Alyre) of Saint-Ignace and Thérèse Tremblay (Magella) of Montréal, as well as by his first wife, May Daigle of Saint-Charles.

As per Vincent’s wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Interment will be held in the spring.

The family wishes to thank the Stella-Maris-de-Kent emergency personnel for the excellent care provided, especially the angels who roam its halls.
