Claudette Savoie

SAINT-CHARLES, NB – Claudette Savoie 61, of Saint-Charles passed away suddenly at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Monday, August 3, 2020.  Born in Toronto, ON she was the daughter of the late Rufino Savoie and Marie-Louise (Richard) Savoie.  Claudette was employed at B. A. Richard in Ste-Anne-de-Kent.  She enjoyed flowers, shopping, going out with her friends from work and preparing special family dinners with her mother. 

Claudette will be sadly missed by her mother, Marie-Louise Savoie of St. Louis; her brothers, Vernon Savoie (Denise), her twin brother, Claude Savoie (Lise) both of Saint-Charles; niece, Joline Savoie of Richibouctou-Village; nephew, Yves Savoie of Moncton; great niece and nephew, Janie and Jolin Vautour. 

Claudette was predeceased by her father, Rufino. 

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be no visitation at the funeral home.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 11:00 am at St. Charles Borromée Roman Catholic Church in Saint-Charles.

Donations in Claudette’s memory may be made to the Stella Maris Hospital Palliative Care Unit.  The family wish to express a special thank you to the emergency staff at the Stella Maris Hospital and especially to Jolin Arsenault for the compassionate care.
