Conrad Clement

1990-2024

Conrad Clement
Conrad Stuart Clement (1990-2024)

ELSIPOGTOG, NB - The family of Conrad Stuart Clement mourns his sudden passing on Monday, the 25th of March 2024, with profound sadness.

Conrad is survived by his parents, Patsy Clement and Basil Augustine (of Elsipogtog); his loving wife, Renée Smith (of Dartmouth); his baby son, Frank (of Elsipogtog); his brothers, Justin (of Fredericton) and Elijah (of Elsipogtog); as well as his nieces, Alyssa and Keirsten, and his nephew, Lincoln (of Fredericton ).

Conrad was born on the 2nd of August 1990, to Patsy and Basil. Conrad's passion for music was ignited during his childhood when his brother Justin introduced him to Metallica  and metal music. This sparked a deep love for music, leading him to self-learn various instruments and singing. Conrad especially enjoyed playing the guitar, often performing for his beloved son, Frank, whom he hoped to teach one day.

Conrad was an exceptionally hard worker who loved challenges; Conrad proudly served as a Weapons Engineering Technician with the Royal Canadian Navy in Halifax, where he met his loving wife. Upon returning home to Elsipogtog, Conrad could often be found in his shed or music room, pursuing his passions.

Conrad was known for his creativity and artistry, dedicating countless hours to designing, crafting, and building projects. From woodworking to music to painting, he poured his heart into his creations, finding inspiration in nature, which he deeply cherished, and where he found peace.

Conrad had many plans for the future; especially, raising his beloved son Frank. Conrad was particularly excited to teach him how to play the guitar, and share his love for nature through camping and fishing trips they had planned as a family.

Conrad will be dearly missed by his family, friends, and community. His presence and contributions to the community will be remembered with fondness, and his absence will be deeply felt by all who knew him.
