SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB - Emerise Gray 81, of Saint-Louis-de-Kent passed away peacefully at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont Regional Hospital, Moncton on Monday, June 17, 2013.  Born in Claire-Fontaine, she was the daughter of the late Joseph ad late Marie Elizabeth (Guimond) Doucet. Emerise was the dynamo who organized bingos, card games and get togethers at the Soleil Couchant Senior Residence in Saint Louis.

Emerise will be sadly missed by her three sons; Bernard Gray (Gisele) of Aldouane, Robert Gray (Lucie) of Irishtown, Jean-Guy Gray (Jennifer) of Cold Lake, Alberta, daughter-in-law; Jacinthe Hébert (Denis) of Dieppe, seven grandchildren; Alban of Dartmouth, Gary and Gabriel of Moncton, Joseph and Chantal of Cold Lake, Alberta, Nancy of Miramichi and Kenny of Moncton as well as five great grandchildren; Rylan, Morgan and Carsen of Alberta and Sophie and Luc of Dartmouth.

Emerise is also survived by three sisters; Domine Blanchard (late Nazaire), Florence Daigle (Elmore) both of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Edmée Poirier (Gerry) of Moncton, four brothers; Alderic Doucet (late Delima), Louis Doucet (Cecile) both of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Germain Doucet (Odile) of Saint Charles, Jacque Doucet (Bernice) of Aldouane and several nieces and nephews.

Emerise was predeceased by her loving husband; Romeo Gray (1995), one son; Denis Gray (2004), five sisters; Mona, Viola, Florida, Aurore, Eva and one brother; Alphonse.

Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-Kent-de-Kent with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Wednesday at 2:00 pm until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 at 4:00 pm, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint-Louis-de-Kent.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery.  If so desired donations in Emerise's memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or donor's choice and would be appreciated by the family.
