Elvina (Richard) Robichaud

SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB- Elvina Robichaud 94, of Villa Maria passed away peacefully on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. Born in Saint-Louis-de-Kent, NB, she was the daughter of the late Auguste and late Catherine (Daigle) Richard. Elvina's  favorite pass times were sewing, gardening, and planting flowers.

She was a devoted mother who will be sadly missed by her four daughters: Jeannette Arsenault (Normand) of Shediac, Julia Gallant (late Paul), Edith Gallant (Roger) both of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, Rose-Yvonne Gallant (Claude) of Saint-Ignace, two sons: René (Dianne), Gérard (Thérèse) both of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, nine grandchildren: Lynn, Donald, Michelle, Charles, Stéphane, Marc, Colette, Tammy, Chantel and nine great grandchildren: Jenna, Lukas, Chloé, Simon, Mélodie, Josée, Tyler, Chanelle and Cooper.

She is also survived by one sister: Dorina Savoie, sister-in-law: Alphonsine Robichaud, daughter-in-law: Lucie Robichaud and several nieces and nephews.

Elvina was predeceased by  her husband: Livain, son: Eric, one grandson: Denis Robichaud, one infant daughter: Germaine and two infant sons: François and Roger, two brothers: François, Gérard and one sister: Eva.

Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint Louis de Kent with visitation on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, Friday at noon until departure for funeral. A Funeral Mass will be held Friday, April 25th, 2014 at 2:00 pm, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, Saint- Louis. Donations in Elvina's memory may be made to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or donor's choice and would be appreciated by the family.
