Pauline Guimond

RICHIBOUCTOU-CAP, NB - Pauline Guimond 69, of Richibouctou-Cap passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent on Saturday, December 6, 2014 after a long battle with cancer.  Born in St. Ignace, she was the daughter of the late Nazaire and Bertha (Maillet) Guimond.  Pauline was the best Mother and Mémére a person could ask for.  She taught us to always look for the best in everyone just like she always did.

Pauline will be sadly missed by her mother, Bertha Guimond, special friend of 15 years, Robert Curwin;  four children, Francine (Shawn), Fernand, Irène(Paul), Lise (Stephane); grandchildren, Sébastien,Joëlle, Danielle, Jean-Luc and Mackenzie.

She is also leaves behind one brother, Telex (Noélla); five sisters, Muriel (Bill), Germaine (late Gerard), Bernice (late Freddy), Yvette (late Jean-Baptiste), Monique and many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by husband, Alyre Hébert, three brothers, Henrie, Henrie (1999), Claude (1990) and one sister, Claudine (1996).

Visitation will be at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louis de Kent on Wednesday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and 7:00 to 9:00 pm, Thursday at 9:00 am until time of the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 11:00 am, St. Louis des Français Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent. Donations in Pauline`s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be appreciated by the family.  Special thanks to the staff at the Stella Maris Hospital for their care of Pauline.  Arrangements are care of Thompson`s Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
