Margaret Bauer

REXTON, NB - Margaret Bauer 91, passed away peacefully at the Rexton Lions Nursing Home, Rexton, NB on Sunday, December 14, 2014.  Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Frank Doucette and late Victorine (Maillet) Doucette. 

Margaret will be sadly missed by her four daughters, Stella Bernier (Lionel) of Connors, NB, Susan Mazerolle (Frank) of Rexton, Kathy Roy (Adrien) of St. Charles, Audrey Comeau (Rick) of Rexton; two sons, Roger Doucette (Shirley) of Conception Bay, NL and John MacFarlane; ten grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren. 

She is also survived by her youngest sister Irene Beauchamp (late Marcel) of Midland, ON; two brothers, Vincent Doucette (Helen) of Pitsfield, MASS, Edward "Tom" Doucette (late Glenna) of Rexton and many nieces and nephews. 

She was predeceased by her first husband, Charles MacFarlane, second husband, Howard Bauer, one sister, Rose Gallagher and one brother, George Doucette. 

There will be no visitation at the funeral home or funeral service.   A private family interment will be held at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Margaret's memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society and would be appreciated by the family.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
