Kevin MacDonald

WEST BRANCH, NB - Kevin MacDonald 53, of West Branch passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne de Kent, on Friday, May 1, 2015 after a lengthy battle with cancer.  Born in Rexton, he was the son of Maxine MacDonald (Stothart) and the late Carl MacDonald.

Kevin will be sadly missed by his mother, Maxine MacDonald; four sisters, Kim, Karla, Karen (Jeff), Brenda (Darrell), several aunts, uncles, cousins, two nephews, one niece and special companions, Tommy & Shelby.

As per Kevin's wishes there will be no visitation at the funeral home.  A private family gathering will be held at a later date.  Interment will be held in the Zion Presbyterian Cemetery.  Special thanks to the staff of the Stella Maris Hospital, Dr. Stephané Collette, Dr. Whitlock and staff at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont University Hospital for all the care given to him during treatment.  In lieu of flowers donations in Kevin's memory may be made to the Auberge Mgr-Henri-Cormier Lodge in Moncton.  Arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto.
