and had many trips to Florida, loved horse racing and had a fondness
for Standard Bred Horses. She loved music and dancing, writing poetry,
all things nature, especially bird watching. Jean was a terrific cook,
friends and neighbours were always welcome, as the Tea Pot was always
on, but family always came first, as Mum was always there for all of
us. She was a member of the Women’s Guild, USA Standard Bred
Horse Association and Golden Age Club.
