KOUCHIBOUGUAC, NB - Craig Stewart, 62, of Kouchibouguac,
passed away at home on Friday, September 2, 2016.
Born April 16, 1954 in Claire Fontaine, he was the son of the late
Robert and Barbara (Stewart) Stewart.
Craig worked as a truck driver for Armour in Miramichi. He
was an avid hockey player growing up and adored animals, having many
pets in his life. He loved riding his motorcycle with his
wife, Debbie, spending time with his children and grandchildren, and
tending to his yard and property.
He is survived by and sadly missed by his loving wife of 40
years, Debbie; his two daughters Tanya (Trevor) and Melanie (Gabriel);
grandchildren, Abigail, Isabelle, and Tyler; two brothers, Harold
(Treva) and Bruce (Réjeanne); and six sisters, Dolly,
Phyllis (Bernard), Donna (George), Carolyn (Eris), Debbie (Paulette),
and Cookie (Scott); and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and
uncles.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, John and Eva
Stewart and Duncan and Annie Stewart.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. A
Funeral Mass to celebrate Craig’s life will be held at the
St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto on
Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at 4:00 pm. If desired, donations in
Craig’s memory may be made to the Greater Moncton SPCA and
would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements are in care of
