Harry "Brian" Thompson
REXTON, NB – It is with deep sorrow and broken hearts that the family announces the peaceful passing of Brian Thompson 75, after a brief battle with cancer, surrounded by his family at the Dr. Georges-L. Before retiring, he became an EOD specialist where he was trained in bomb disposal and diffusing. He loved his time in the service and he really did miss it.

Brian was the President of the Richibucto Marina for many years and sat actively on the Board of the Port Authority. He enjoyed boating and the Richibucto River and hanging out with his "boater friends" where he could be found down at the boardwalk at the Marina talking to friends and passerby’s.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew this gentle man.
Brian leaves to morn his two sons, Dwayne Thompson (Rachel) of Richibucto, Darren Thompson (Sandy) of Rexton; two grandchildren, Jessica and Jade; the mother of his sons, Rose (Robichaud) Thompson of Richibucto and many nieces and nephews.
