Sharon Daigle

REXTON, NB – Sharon Daigle 79, of Rexton passed away peacefully at Gordon Hall in Moncton, NB on Sunday, September 17, 2023.  Born in Bible Hill, NS, she was the daughter of the late Neil Keddy and late Reta (Fraser) Keddy.  Sharon loved arts and crafts, reading and especially spending time with her two granddaughters. 

Sharon will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Stuart Daigle of Rexton; two daughters, Wendy Cooke (Tony) of Innisfil, ON, Kathy Blackwood (Simon) of Orangeville, ON and two granddaughters, Grace and Keira. 

She is also survived by brothers-in-law, Tom Daigle (Georgina) of Kouchibouguac, Francis Daigle (Wendy) of St-Ignace; sister-in-law, Barb Graham Munroe of Lindsay, ON and many nieces and nephews. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one sister, Helen Levesque; one brother, Ralph Keddy and one brother-in-law, Bob Daigle (late Bonnie). 

As per Sharon’s wishes, there will be no visitation at the funeral home or funeral service.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Sharon’s memory may be made to the NB Alzheimer’s Society or to the Kouchibouguac Community Center and would be appreciated by the family.  The family wish to express a special thank you to the doctors and staff at Gordon Hall for all their kind and compassionate care of Sharon.
