Margaret Ellen Muise

SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Margaret Ellen Muise, 74, who passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria nursing home in St. Louis-de-Kent on Friday, October 27^th, 2023. Born in Saint-John, NB, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and May (Lowe) Muise.

Margaret will be sadly missed by her loving partner, Shirley Vautour; four daughters, Dawn of Toronto, ON, Margaret Ann Muise of St. Louis, Rose Goddard (Courtney) of Saint-John, Patricia Ellis (late Jason) of Saint-Martin; one son, Vincent Czap of Toronto, ON; her three stepdaughters, Susan, Lori, Jo-Anna; three stepsons, Terry, Richard, Mathieu; six grandchildren, Rosie, Naomi, Mariah, Justin, Jeffrey, Joshua as well as several great grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her late husband, Myles Dempsey; several brothers and sisters as well as many nieces and nephews.

Visitations will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Friday, November 17, 2023 beginning at 9:00 am until the funeral service.  A funeral service will be held at Thompson's Funeral Home Chapel on Friday, November 17, 2023 at 11:30 am

The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to the staff of the Stella Maris Hospital and to the staff of the Villa Maria nursing home in St. Louis-de-Kent for their great care of Margaret. Donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of New Brunswick and would be greatly appreciated.
