Henry Richard (UPDATED)

SAINT-LOUIS-DE-KENT, NB – Henry Richard 91, passed away peacefully at the Villa Maria Inc. in St. Louis-de-Kent on Sunday, November 12^th, 2023.  Born in Richibucto, he was the son of the late Cyrille and Evangeline (Richard) Richard. 

Before retiring, he worked as an electrician for the Canadian National Railway. He also served in the Army, where he worked in the Airforce offices. 

Henry will be sadly missed by his four daughters, Diane Duplessis, Sandra Richard, Claudette Richard – all of Aldouane, Hélène Walton (Laurel) of Moncton; his sister Yvette Daigle (late Aldéoda) of Aldouane; his grandchildren, Tanya, Christine, Joanne, Kayla, Mathieu; his great grandchildren, Jean-Michel, Jérémie, Miguel, Joliange, Neveah, Arianna, Abigail, Aiden, Alexandre, Kiara; as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Visitations will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto on Friday, December 1, 2023, beginning at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral. The Funeral Service will begin at 11:00 am at the St. Louis-de-Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto.
