Noel Joseph Dennis Jr.

ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Noel Dennis Jr. 58, passed away suddenly at his residence on Friday, May 10, 2024.  Born in Eskasoni, NS he was the son of the late Noel Dennis and Mary (Francis) Dennis.  Noel loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.  He also enjoyed working in the woods, hunting, fishing, playing pool, softball and he was known for his home runs.  He was kind and caring to everyone and a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle. 

Noel will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 33 years, Katherine (Milliea) Dennis of Elsipogtog; two daughters, Malgalit Paul (Bradford) of Eskasoni, Kelly Dennis of Elsipogtog; four sons, Chad Denny (Tiffanie) of Eel River Bar, Patrick Dennis (Emma), Keith Dennis (Lily), Sam Milliea all of Elsipogtog; six grandchildren, Deacon, Meadow, Pavel, Arabelle, Norliz, Bradford Jr and his fur babies Oapigat and Zeus. 

He is also survived by five sisters, Jean Doris, Cecilia Kabatay, Veronica Dennis, Gail Stevens (Darren), Iris Doucette all of NS; six brothers, Gerald Dennis, George Dennis (Ginger), Stephen Dennis (Florence), James Dennis (Debbie), Lawrence Doucette, Vernon Doucette all of NS; sister-in-law, Helen; brothers-in-law, Brian, Thomas Christmas, Bertram; many nieces and nephews and sorely missed by his in-laws. 

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by five sisters, Cora, Marlene, Frances, Pamela, Annette and four brothers, Charlie Joe, John Duncan, Keith and Norman. 

Visitation will be held at 31 Oak Street, Elsipogtog beginning on Sunday at 2:00 pm until time of the service.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in Elsipogtog.
