Tammy Augustine

ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Tammy Augustine 50, of Elsipogtog passed away at the Moncton City Hospital on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of her Mitata Leo Augustine Sr. and Migitgo Teressa Peters. 

Tammy will be sadly missed by her loving husband of 24 years; Neil Bourgeois; two daughters, Desiree Augustine (Terry) of Elsipogtog, Christy Rose Bourgeois of Maine; five sons, Chad Peters, Brandon Augustine (Savannah), Carmen Augustine Bourgeois, Thunder Augustine Bourgeois, Storm Augustine Bourgeois all of Elsipogtog, Cameran Bourgeois of Maine and sixteen grandchildren. 

She was also survived by six sister, Cheyanne Augustine, Noella Augustine (Jimmy) all of Elsipogtog, Mary Sark (Darcy) of PEI, Theresa Levi (Robert), Anne Levi (Lee), Carrie Francis (Brian) all of Elsipogtog; two brothers, Junior Augustine of PEI, Jimmy Augustine (Beatrice) of Elsipogtog; brothers-in-law, Kenny Bernard of PEI, Cy Bernard of PEI, Foster Augustine of Elsipogtog and many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by his birth mother, Patricia Bernard; father Frank John Peters; one son, Tommy Lee; four sisters, Emma Levi, Judy Bernard, Patsy Bernard, Sharon Augustine and four brothers, Billy Joe Augustine, Leo Augustine, Darrell Augustine and Basil Augustine. 

Visitation will begin on Sunday at 2:00 pm at 86 Oak Street, Elsipogtog until time of the service.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Anne Roman Catholic Church in Elsipogtog.
