POINTE-SAPIN, NB – Roberta "Tite-Tame" Daigle, 66, of Pointe-Sapin, passed away suddenly at her residence on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. Born in Baie-Ste-Anne, she was the daughter of the late Harold Durelle and the late Catherine (Jenkins) Durelle.

Roberta worked hard for many years at the Pointe-Sapin COOP before retiring. She was a proud grandmother, and her granddaughter Mia was her entire world.

Roberta will be sadly missed by her daughter, Marie-Josée Daigle (Luc) of Memramcook, her precious granddaughter, Mia Gaudet, as well as many nieces, nephews, friends, and the Daigle Family.

She is also survived by five sisters, Aurella Martin (late Ferdinand) of Miramichi, Dorothy Martin (Ronald), Brenda Savoie (Patrice), Barbara Turbide (Pierre), and Joan Durelle – all of Baie-Ste-Anne; five brothers, Richard Durelle, Gérard Durelle, Donald Durelle (Jocelyne), Kevin Martin (Linda) – all of Baie-Ste-Anne, and Robert Durelle (Carole) of Beloeil, QC.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Grégoire Durelle (Patricia).

Visitation will begin on Friday, November 1, 2024, from 7–9 p.m., at The Sainte-Anne Roman Catholic Church Slumber Room in Baie-Ste-Anne and the following day from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the service. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., at the Sainte-Anne Roman Catholic Church in Baie-Ste-Anne.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and would be greatly appreciated by the family.

Arrangements are in the professional care of Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto (506-523-4252).
