Stuart Clair

ELSIPOGTOG, NB – Stuart Clair 48, of Elsipogtog passed away at his residence on Friday, December 27, 2024.  Born in Ste-Anne-de-Kent, he was the son of the late Frances Ann Clair and late Danny Levi but was raised by his grandparents from the age of 18 months by Helen and Thaddie Clair until they passed away. 

Stuart will be sadly missed by his daughter, Destiny Meuse of Shubenacadie; two sons, Lex Francis (Serenity) of Elsipogtog, Dixon Clair (Jayda), of Elsipogtog; one granddaughter, Victoria and one more grandchild on the way. 

He is also survived by five sisters, Angela Peters (Abram) of Elsipogtog, Sandra Racine (Chris) of Rexton, Linda Clair of Elsipogtog, Hazel Clair (Joel) of Elsipogtog, Jennifer Wells of Tobique; five brothers, Robert Clair of Elsipogtog, Martin Clair of Fredericton, Donald Moulton (Lexi) of Tobique, Irvine Clair of Elsipogtog, Meko Clair of Restigouche; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and will be certainly missed by his close friends, especially Melina Augustine & Muffin. 

Besides his biological parents, he was predeceased by his grand parents, Helen and Thaddie Clair; one sister, Mary Margaret "Maggie" and one brother, Roger. 

Visitation will be held at Thompson’s Funeral Home in Richibucto beginning on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 pm, Wednesday from 9:00 am until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 8, 2025 at 10:30 am at St. Anne’s Roman Catholic Church in Elsipogtog.
