
BASS RIVER, NB — Janet Connors Warman, of Bass
River, New Brunswick, passed away peacefully on June 2, 2026, at the
age of 94. Born in Bass River, she was the daughter of the late Otto
Connors and the late Julia (Elward) Connors.
Janet was a remarkable woman whose warmth, strength, and sense of
humour touched everyone fortunate enough to know her. She had a gift
for making people laugh and bringing joy to even the simplest moments.
Honest, loving, and resilient, Janet faced life's challenges with
courage and grace.
Janet found joy in
life’s simple pleasures. She loved watching the birds that
visited her yard, especially hummingbirds, she enjoyed listening to
her favourite country music, building fires, and watching game shows.
A talented artist and painter, she expressed her creativity through
beautiful artwork that reflected her appreciation of the world around
her.
Her kindness, unwavering strength, and
infectious smile left a lasting impression on all who crossed her
path. Janet's love was felt deeply by those around her, and her legacy
will live on through the countless memories she created and the lives
she enriched.
Janet was predeceased by her
beloved family members and dear friends. Janet was the seventh and
last remaining of her eight siblings, whom she missed dearly.
She is survived by her loving family, including her
children Trudy Bondy (Jeff) and Tracey White (Rick); nine
grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; extended relatives, many
nieces, nephews and friends.
She will be
remembered as an amazing woman who lived a long and meaningful life,
filled with laughter, love, and devotion to those she cherished.
Though she will be greatly missed, her
spirit will continue to inspire all who knew and loved
her.
Forever loved, forever remembered.
A committal service will be held at a later date in Brown’s Yard.
