RIVERVIEW,
NB – It is with heavy hearts that the family of Ella
Maillet, 84, announce her passing on Sunday, June 21, 2026, at The
Salvation Army Lakeview Manor in Riverview. Born in Aldouane, she was

family and friends. Ella’s love for her family was at the
heart of everything she did, and the memories she created with them
will be cherished forever. She will be deeply missed by all who had
the privilege of knowing and loving her.
Ella leaves
to mourn her daughter, Carolle Lapointe of Lower Coverdale; her sons,
Marcel Lapointe of Aldouane, Tony Lapointe (Crystal) of Moncton and
Joe Lapointe (Yvette) of Moncton; her brother, Joe Robichaud (Annie);
seven beloved grandchildren, Shawn, Joey, Charles, Niko, Jean-Claude,
Josette and Jolette; thirteen great-grandchildren; nieces Tammy and
Anna; nephew Jean Pierre; as well as her extended family, many cousins
and friends.
Along with
her parents, Ella was predeceased by her first husband, and the father
of her children, Marcel Lapointe; as well as her second husband,
