Louis Robichaud, husband of Elizabeth (Landry) Robichaud, passed away
at the Stella Maris Hospital, St. Anne de Kent, NB on Sunday May 6th,
2007, at the age of 89 years. Born in St. Louis de Kent, NB, he was
the son of the late Francis Robichaud and the late Cecile (Maillet).
He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch No. 30,
Richibucto. He served in the Canadian Army during W.W.2.
Besides his wife, Elizabeth, Louis is survived by three daughters, Cecile Gaudet (Alcide) of Aldouane, Jeanne Soucy (Richard) of Drummondville, QC, and Gisele Robichaud (Ola Johnson) of St. Louis; one son, Jean-Paul (Dorine) St. Louis; six grandchildren, Michel, Serge, Alexandre, Guillaume, Nadine, and Rachel; three great grandchildren, Luc, Telia, Sebastien; several nieces and nephews. The last surviving member of his immediate family, Louis was predeceased by three sisters, Marie, Aline, and Eva; and five brothers, Charlemain, Dr. Aldoria, Gérard, Dr. Eugene, and Livain.
Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, St. Louise de Kent with visitation on Monday, May 7th from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 PM and on Tuesday, May 8th from 2:00pm until time of funeral. The funeral service will be held at St. Louis Des Francais Roman Catholic Church, St. Louis de Kent on Tuesday, May 8th, 2007 at 4:00pm. In lieu of flowers, donations to the memorial of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. Funeral arrangements are in care of Thompson's Funeral Home, Richibucto (523-4252).
