FREDERICTON - It is with
sadness that the family announces the passing of Ernestine Mazerolle
at the Saint John Regional Hospital, March 2nd 2011, at the age of 78.
Born in Pointe-Sapin, she was the daughter of the late Charles and the
late Phoébée (Daigle) Mazerolle.
She leaves behind her
three sisters; Viola Daigle (Yvon) of Fredericton, Bertha Roop
(Willie) of Shediac, Sister Christina Mazerolle, (N.D.S.C) of Moncton,
and her extended family of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and
great-nephews.
Ernestine is predeceased
by five brothers and one sister; Charlie, Raymond, Alyre, Leonard,
Joseph Leonard (infant), Eva.
The family would like to send a special
thank you to her home care workers, Extra Mural nurses, the Red Cross,
Meals on Wheels, Stepping Stones, staff of York Manor, and the many
others that supported her over the years.
Resting at
Thompson’s Funeral Home, Richibucto with visitation on
Monday from 2:00PM until time of the celebration. A
Celebration of Life will be held on Monday, March 7th, 2011 at 4:00
pm, Thompson’s Funeral Home Chapel, Richibucto.
Interment will be in the St. Joseph Roman Catholic
cemetery, Pointe-Sapin in the spring. Donations to the Canadian Red
Cross would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements in care of
