ST. IGNACE, NB - Peter Ferrari 78, of St. Ignace passed away peacefully at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Thursday, October10, 2013.  Born in St. Ignace, he was the son of the late Andrew and late Jeanne (Daigle) Ferrari.  Pitre was employed at Chrysler Canada until his retirement.  He was a member of Club D'Age D'or, St. Ignace. 

Pitre will be sadly missed by his son; Andrew Ferrari (Song Yang) of Toronto, his former wife and mother of his son; Lorna, five sisters; Rita Arsenault (Yvon) of Waltham, MASS, Stella Surette (Roger) of Moncton, Angele Doiron (late Gilbert) of Aldouane, Raymonde O'Keefe (Ron) of Winnipeg, Lucille Ferrari (Aldéo) of Aldouane, three brothers; Pascal Ferrari (Diane) of Leominster, MASS, Bernard Ferrari (Diana) of St. Ignace, Onil Ferrari (Huguette) of St. Ignace, special friend; Laurida and several nieces and nephews.

Pitre was predeceased by sister; Edith, brothers; Ronald, John, Romeo and infant brothers and sisters.

Resting at Thompson Memorial Home, Saint-Louis-de-Kent with visitation on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9, Monday at 9:00 am until departure for the funeral.  A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 14, 2013 at 11:00 am, St. Ignace de Loyola Roman Catholic Church, St. Ignace.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery at a later date.  Donations in Pitre's memory may be made to the ALS Foundation or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
