RICHIBUCTO, NB - Frederick Robichaud 89, of Richibucto passed away peacefully at the Stella Maris Hospital, Ste. Anne-de-Kent on Friday, March 6, 2015.  Born in Aldouane, he was the son of the late François Robichaud and Leoni (Martin) Robichaud.  Before retiring, Fred was employed as a meat cutter for 45 years.  He attended St. Louis de Gonzague Roman Catholic Church in Richibucto. 

Fred will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 62 years, Rita (Goguen) Robichaud of Richibucto; two grandsons, Michael (Virginia), Jonathan, great grandchild, Gabrielle all of Gatineau, Quebec and many nieces and nephews. 

The last surviving member of his immediate family, he was predeceased by his parents; one daughter, Cecile Marie-Lucie Robichaud (Bourgeois); two sisters, Lucie Robichaud, Suzanne Lucy and four brothers, Oliver, Patrick, Jean-Baptiste and infant Pascal. 

Visitation will be held at Thompson`s Funeral Home, Richibucto on Tuesday from noon until time of the funeral.  A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at 4:00 pm at Thompson's Funeral Home Chapel, Richibucto.  Interment will be held at a later date in the Aldouane Roman Catholic Cemetery.
